Responsibilities:
- Bring your culinary prowess to the forefront as you assist in the preparation and delivery of delectable dishes during breakfast, lunch, and dinner services.
- Work seamlessly within our dynamic and fast-paced kitchen environment, supporting your colleagues and ensuring smooth operations during high-pressure moments.
- Showcase your leadership abilities by supervising and motivating a small team, fostering a culture of excellence and teamwork.
- Take charge of monitoring stock levels, conducting inventory assessments, and placing orders as needed to maintain optimal kitchen efficiency.
- Demonstrate meticulous attention to detail in every aspect of food preparation, presentation, and service, ensuring that each dish meets our exacting standards.
- Utilise strong communication skills to liaise effectively with kitchen staff, management, and other departments, while also maintaining impeccable organisational systems in your designated section.
What you Need:
- Previous experience in a similar culinary role, with a track record of success in high-pressure kitchen environments.
- A genuine love for food and a dedication to delivering exceptional culinary experiences to our guests.
- Ability to inspire and lead a team, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Impeccable attention to detail and a commitment to upholding the highest standards of quality and presentation.
- Strong organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks, manage time efficiently, and adapt to changing priorities.
