Responsibilities:

• Assist in the preparation, baking, and presentation of pastries and desserts.
• Ensure the highest standards of food quality and presentation are consistently met.
• Collaborate effectively with the pastry team to innovate and perfect recipes.
• Maintain a clean and organised work area, adhering to health and safety regulations.
• Support the head pastry chef and sous chef in daily kitchen operations.

What you Need:

• Experience in a similar role within a high-quality kitchen environment.
• A strong passion for food, with a keen eye for detail.
• Ability to thrive in a team setting and contribute positively to a dynamic kitchen.
• Excellent time management and organisational skills.
