We are currently seeking a dedicated, detail-focused and motivated individual to join our housekeeping team. This is a key role in ensuring our bedrooms and public areas are maintained to the highest standards, delivering a clean, comfortable and welcoming environment for our guests.

Responsibilities

  • Support the day-to-day supervision of the housekeeping department.
  • Ensure all bedrooms and public areas are cleaned and presented to the highest standard.
  • Lead by example, maintaining strong attention to detail and efficiency.
  • Assist with allocating daily room assignments and checking completed rooms.
  • Ensure housekeeping procedures and health & safety standards are followed at all times.
  • Train, support and motivate team members to maintain consistent standards.
  • Report maintenance issues promptly and liaise with relevant departments.
  • Monitor linen levels, stock and housekeeping supplies.
  • Handle guest requests and feedback professionally and efficiently.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in housekeeping, with supervisory experience preferred.
  • Strong organisational skills and a keen eye for detail.
  • Ability to lead and support a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • A proactive, hands-on approach with a positive attitude.
  • Flexibility to work weekends and holidays.
  • A genuine commitment to delivering excellent guest experiences.
