We are currently seeking enthusiastic, friendly and detail-focused individuals to join our Housekeeping team at The Atlantic Hotel. This is a varied and hands-on role, ensuring our guest rooms and public areas are maintained to the highest standards to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Responsibilities

  • Change bed linens and towels, ensuring all items are fresh and properly arranged
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum floors, and dust surfaces to maintain a spotless environment
  • Restock supplies such as toiletries, cleaning products, and linens as needed
  • Report any maintenance issues or damages to management promptly
  • Follow health and safety guidelines diligently to ensure a safe working environment
  • Assist with specialised cleaning tasks such as carpet cleaning or deep cleans when required
  • Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest requests politely and efficiently

Requirements

  • Previous experience in housekeeping or commercial cleaning is preferred
  • Ability to communicate effectively with team members
  • Organised with excellent attention to detail to uphold high standards of cleanliness
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
  • Reliable with a proactive approach to completing tasks efficiently
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations relevant to cleaning and hospitality environments
