Receptionist

We are looking for a friendly and organised Receptionist to join the team at The Greenbank on a full-time basis. This role would suit someone who enjoys working with people, takes pride in providing great service and can stay organised.

• Welcome guests and provide a warm, friendly and professional service.
• Manage guest check-ins, check-outs and reservations.
• Handle telephone calls, emails and guest enquiries.
• Assist with guest requests and resolve any issues promptly.
• Process payments and maintain accurate guest records.
• Communicate effectively with other hotel departments to ensure a smooth guest experience.
• Provide information about hotel facilities, services and local attractions.
• Maintain a tidy and welcoming reception area.
• Follow company procedures and maintain high standards of service.

• Previous reception, hospitality or customer service experience is desirable.
• Friendly, approachable and confident when communicating with guests.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Good communication and IT skills.
• Reliable, professional and able to work well as part of a team.
• Able to remain calm and helpful when handling guest queries or busy periods.
• A genuine interest in hospitality and providing excellent customer service.
