We are looking for a friendly and enthusiastic Part-Time Bar Server to join the team at The Alverton. You’ll help to create a warm and welcoming experience for every guest. From preparing and serving drinks to keeping the bar looking its best, you’ll play an important part in making every visit memorable.

• Welcome guests and provide friendly, attentive service.
• Prepare and serve a range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks.
• Take orders accurately and confidently.
• Keep the bar and service areas clean, organised and well stocked.
• Respond to guest requests and help create a welcoming atmosphere.
• Work closely with the wider Food & Beverage team to ensure smooth service.
• Follow all licensing, food hygiene and health & safety procedures.
• Support the team with general Food & Beverage duties when required.

• Previous bar, hospitality or customer service experience is desirable.
• Friendly, approachable and confident with guests.
• Reliable, hardworking and willing to learn.
• Good communication skills and a positive attitude.
• Able to work well as part of a team.
• Flexible to work evenings, weekends and bank holidays where required.
