We are currently seeking confident, motivated and service-driven individuals to join our teams as Restaurant Supervisor at The Falmouth Hotel. 

Responsibilities

  • Support the day-to-day operation of the restaurant, ensuring smooth and professional service.
  • Lead and motivate the team during service, setting the standard through example.
  • Maintain exceptional standards of presentation, cleanliness and guest care.
  • Handle guest enquiries, feedback and service recovery confidently and professionally.
  • Support the training and development of team members to promote consistency and quality.
  • Work closely with kitchen teams to ensure effective communication and seamless service.
  • Assist with stock control, ordering and cash handling procedures where required.
  • Support private dining and event service when needed.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a food and beverage supervisory role.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and support a team.
  • Excellent communication skills and a professional, positive manner.
  • A proactive, hands-on approach with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to perform well under pressure in a busy environment.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
  • A genuine commitment to delivering outstanding guest experiences.
