Description
About us

The Cornwall Hotel Collection is a locally owned group of four distinctive hotels, each with its own character, history and sense of place. It is united by heartfelt Cornish hospitality and the people who bring it to life, from The Alverton in Truro and The Atlantic on Newquay’s dramatic north coast, to The Greenbank and The Falmouth, two of the town’s icons for generations.

We’re proud of our heritage, passionate about great food and drink, and committed to creating memorable experiences. Just as importantly, we want our hotels to be great places to work, where people can feel part of the team, develop their skills and build a career in hospitality.

We are looking for a calm, confident and dependable Night Manager to join the team at The Falmouth.

  • Complete night audit, records and handovers accurately.
  • Identify and report maintenance, security and health & safety issues.
  • Ensure the hotel is clean, presentable and ready for the morning team.
  • Follow all company procedures, including fire and security procedures.

  • Previous hotel, hospitality or customer service experience is desirable.
  • Calm, confident and professional manner.
  • Reliable and comfortable working independently.
  • Good attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Confident dealing with unexpected situations.
