Description

Third Space is a collection of luxury health clubs in London; individual in style, bound by a common philosophy: to provide outstanding fitness spaces that members feel are their own. Our people are the creators that bring the space to life. We’re a team of motivators, inventors, and coaches; always striving to grow and evolve. It’s not just a job, it’s a lifestyle. We inspire our members to fulfil their lives and they rely on us…and we wouldn’t have it any other way. This is our space.

Third Space The Whiteley is our newest club, set within a beautifully restored Grade II-listed building just moments from Hyde Park. Across three stunning floors, the space combines luxury wellness with world-class training, from performance zones beneath a bespoke glass dome to a serene wet spa and dedicated recovery areas.

As we prepare to open, we’re looking for a passionate Group Exercise Manager to join the team and shape something truly special. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a passion for group fitness to support us and ensure productivity of the exercise programme by developing the class range and service quality of the timetable and also be actively involved in creating and expanding our offering of signature classes, concepts, workshops and master classes. You’ll be part of a dynamic, driven community, united by a commitment to excellence and a passion for delivering an exceptional member experience.

What You’ll Get

  • A leadership role in one of London’s most prestigious fitness brands.
  • The opportunity to shape the group exercise programme in a brand-new, state-of-the-art club.
  • A collaborative, high-performance culture where your ideas and efforts are valued.
  • Access to our leadership training and development programmes.
  • Complimentary club membership and exclusive staff benefits.
  • The chance to work with some of the best instructors and fitness professionals in the industry

What You’ll Do

  • Lead the design, delivery, and evolution of a premium group exercise timetable.
  • Recruit, mentor, and manage a team of exceptional instructors  ensuring every class reflects our brand values.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and Marketing to deliver a seamless, boutique-style member experience.
  • Take ownership of studio operations – from equipment and cleanliness to sound systems and lighting.
  • Deliver your own classes, setting the standard for energy, professionalism, and service.
  • Act as a key leader in the club – hosting, resolving member concerns, and supporting the wider team.

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven leadership experience in a high-end fitness or hospitality environment.
  • A minimum Level 2 fitness qualification and experience teaching group exercise.
  • Operational know-how: you’re confident managing timetables, budgets, and studio logistics.
  • A proactive, solutions-focused approach – you don’t wait for problems to escalate.
  • A deep understanding of the London fitness market and what makes a class truly exceptional.

If you're ready to lead a best-in-class group exercise programme in one of London’s most exciting new clubs, we’d love to hear from you.
