Description

Third Space is a collection of luxury health clubs in London; individual in style, bound by a common philosophy: to provide outstanding fitness spaces that members feel are their own.

Our people are the creators that bring the space to life. We’re a team of motivators, inventors, and coaches; always striving to grow and evolve. It’s not just a job, it’s a lifestyle. We inspire our members to fulfil their lives and they rely on us…and we wouldn’t have it any other way. This is our space.

Last year we opened 4 brand new clubs, taking us to 13 in London. This year and beyond, our plan is to almost double our estate, as well as continue the ongoing refurbishments of our existing portfolio. The first new club in this expansion is going to be Chelsea, opening in November this year.

With this in mind, we’re now looking for a club Operations Manager who will enhance our service, manage day-to-day operations in club and elevate standards through the effective onboarding and ongoing support & engagement of the team.

You’ll be working alongside the club General Manager and Group Head of Operations to ensure operational excellence and that we have the right people, in the right place at the right time so that our members have an extraordinary experience and can achieve their fitness goals. Your mission is to ensure that you and your team are focused on providing a perfect member experience through a world class operation.

What You’ll Get…

  • A leadership role in one of London’s most prestigious fitness brands.
  • The opportunity to shape the member experience in a brand-new, state-of-the-art club.
  • A collaborative, high-performance culture where your ideas and efforts are valued.
  • Access to our leadership training and development programmes.
  • Complimentary club membership and exclusive staff benefits.

What You’ll Do..

  • Lead the team of concierge and housekeeping in the club, ensuring our clubs look their best every day
  • Identify areas to improve on cleanliness, member experience and ways of working
  • Manage two reports, Housekeeping Manager and Concierge Manager
  • Build excellent relationships with members, always listening and learning from them, solving any problems they might have and looking for opportunities to surprise and delight our members
  • Drive the clubs NPS and Google reviews by collecting, sharing and discussing feedback from our members.

What We’re Looking For…

  • Proven leadership experience in a high-end fitness or hospitality environment.
  • Managing a wide and varied workload and be just as comfortable engaging with people over the phone and via email as you are face-to-face.
  • A proactive, solutions-focused approach – you don’t wait for problems to escalate.
  • Leading a team. You’ll take pride in ensuring the club, its facilities and its equipment is kept to the highest standard

You will also need to comfortable with working flexible hours - this will include weekend working, early starts and late finishes.

If you think we are the right place for you, and you can help us to continue our success, please apply.
