 Job Overview 

As Nights Manager, you will take full responsibility for the smooth, safe, and efficient operation of the hotel throughout the overnight period. Acting as the senior manager on duty during night hours, you will handle guest concerns professionally ,oversee hotel operations, Check guests in and out, support guest needs, Coordinate emergency responses if required and ensure the property is fully prepared for the following day’s business activities. 

This role is pivotal in maintaining exceptional guest satisfaction, operational accuracy, security standards, and seamless communication between departments. You will combine hands-on operational leadership with administrative and financial responsibilities, ensuring that all overnight procedures are completed accurately and professionally. 

Key Skills and Qualities 

  • Previous experience within a front office, reception or front of house position, or equivalent   
  • People management experience   
  • Quality & standards driven   
  • Outstanding customer service skills
