The
Digital Marketing Manager will
manage all activity and processes
required to create, run, track and analyze effectiveness of social ad
campaigns, both restaurant-specific as well as company-wide. Also manages
digital marketing agencies.
Essential Functions
- Coordinate all stages of paid
social ad campaigns including planning, copywriting as needed, activation,
execution, reporting and analysis on multiple channels (including but not
limited to Facebook, Instagram, Google, LinkedIn, Yelp, OpenTable and
Spotify) for the company brand as well as restaurant-specific campaigns
- Track performance of social ad
campaigns including but not limited to integrating with Google Analytics,
setting goals, building trackable URLs and ensuring that tracking is
functional
- Manage digital marketing
agencies for company-wide campaigns including but not limited to Holiday
Gift Cards and Windy City Smokeout
- Effectively
use data and analyze metrics weekly, monthly and annually to define clear
key performance indicators (KPIs), gauge social ad campaign effectiveness,
and optimize posting and ad spend
- Train
restaurant-level marketing managers on best practices for
restaurant-specific ad campaigns and assist with developing and
maintaining paid social ad strategies
- Lead social customer service
and act as community manager for the company brand on social channels
including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and LinkedIn
- Manage reviews and listing
platforms (including but not limited to Yelp, OpenTable, Google,
TripAdvisor and Venga) and send related reporting and invoices to store
managers
- Maintain availability to work a variety
of days and events including evenings and weekends as required
- Maintain proficiency and safely and effectively use and operate
all necessary tools, equipment, software and platforms including but not
limited to Tableau, MS Word and Excel
- Effectively communicate in order to perform and follow job
requirements in written and spoken direction
- Multitask calmly and effectively in a busy, stressful environment
- Work in a confined, crowded space of variable light, noise and
temperature levels
- Occasionally retrieve and distribute files or office supplies
weighing up to 10 pounds
