The Gift Card Team (seasonal) supports the holiday gift card (GC) program by assisting with gift card orders.

Essential Functions

• Receive, accurately process and fulfill online, phone and in-person gift card orders as directed
• Organize and stock gift card supplies as directed
• Analyze calls of inquiry as needed
• Make limited outgoing phone calls to current or previous customers as needed
• Work on various projects as assigned
• Maintain confidentiality of company records and sensitive information
• Maintain availability to work a variety of days and shifts including weekends as needed
• Ability to effectively communicate in order to perform and follow job requirements in written and spoken direction
• Ability to multitask calmly and effectively in a busy, stressful environment
• Work in a confined, crowded space of variable noise and temperature levels
• Move and lift up to 10 pounds, frequently move and/or lift up to 25 pounds, and occasionally move and/or lift up to 50 pounds
• Sit or stand for an entire shift and move safely through all the restaurant, if applicable, which may include stairs, uneven or slick surfaces
  
  

Key Responsibilities and Duties

• Proficiency in the use and operation of all necessary tools and equipment, including but not limited to Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.), telephone and voicemail systems
• Comply with all safety and sanitation guidelines and procedures
• Follow all rules, policies, procedures and conditions of employment, including those outlined in the Employee Handbook
• Get along well with others and be a team player
• Other duties will be assigned as needed
