The Lettuce Entertain You Team is seeking an Operating Systems Analyst. We’re looking for someone with 2-3 years of experience who’s eager to take on the challenges and rewards of working within a multi-concept restaurant group with 100+ locations.
Ideal candidate will have:
- 2-3 years of experience
- Experienced with IOS, Linux, Windows, Android and Microsoft Windows Server
- Experience with Windows deployments, Active Directory (AP), Group Policy (GP) and mobile management
- Any experience with PowerShell and/or Python, Asset/Patch Management and SSO a plus
- Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving application functionality-related issues
- Availability for 25% local and out of state travel
- Open availability for scheduling including weekend on-call availability

The Operating Systems Analyst implements and supports current and new
applications and upgrades within a team environment while providing excellent customer service to all Lettuce
Entertain You Restaurants and corporate office.
Essential Functions
- Implement and
support new and current applications; troubleshoot and resolve application
functionality-related issues in a timely manner; and identify modifications
needed in existing applications
- Coordinate
application development for multiple projects
- Maintain
proficiency in IOS, Linux, Windows, and Android and expertise in Microsoft
Windows Server including but not limited to Active Directory and Group Policies
- Troubleshoot and
maintain Single-sign-on (SSO) solution as well as Patch Management systems and
Identity Protection Systems.
- Analyze
data and identify data integrity issues with existing and proposed systems and
implement solutions
- Assist
LEYE teams in managing an outsource relationship for third party application
development and programming consultants
- Provide assistance and advice to business users in the effective use of
applications and information technology
- Prepare testing plans to confirm that requirements and system design are
accurate and complete
- Write technical procedures and documentation for multiple varied new and
existing applications including operations, user guide, etc.
- Collaborate with the IT Network Team to resolve
application-related network issues and report progress
- Provide advice on and assist in the selection, design, justification,
implementation and use of systems
- Identify current and emerging business needs and evaluate alternative IT
solutions
- Maintain confidentiality with regard to information being processed,
stored or accessed by the network
- Identify opportunities that can improve efficiency of systems and related
business processes
- Assist other departments as a computer resource including but not limited
to expediting requests via LEYE IT helpdesk tickets
- Safely and effectively use and operate all
necessary tools and office equipment
- Work a variety of days and shifts
(including weekends, nights and on-call support rotation) at local and
out-of-state sites as needed
- Perform duties outside standard business
hours as needed, including evenings and weekends
- Effectively communicate in order to perform
and follow job requirements in written and spoken direction
- Multitask calmly and effectively in a busy,
stressful environment
- Work in a
confined, crowded space of variable light, noise and temperature levels
- Move and
lift up to 10 pounds, frequently move and/or lift up to 25 pounds, and
occasionally move and/or lift up to 50 pounds
