The Assistant General Manager is a restaurant manager who leads and directs the daily operations of a restaurant and consistently delivers an exceptional guest and employee experience; leads and develops the front of house (FOH) and back of house (BOH) teams while fostering our Culture of Caring; and assists the General Manager (GM) in driving sales, managing costs, growing the business with a focus on the following restaurant management areas: ensuring day-to-day business operations run smoothly; assisting training, recruiting, HR and administrative duties; assisting with financials and statement preparation; updating host and service sidework and organization for those areas; and assisting the GM with customer service inquiries and follow-up.
