We are currently recruiting for the role of Bartender at Pachamama Group to join our growing company, helping us to expand our business and build on our reputation for excellence.

About you:

• Experience of working in a high volume upscale restaurant or high end cocktail bar

• Capability to follow instructions given by senior members of the team

• Enjoy being part of a close team that work hard together to deliver outstanding service

• Team member who rises to the challenges given to them

• Clear understanding of the procedures in a bar

• Determination and the motivation to progress and develop yourself, aiming for bar industry awards

• Experience of working in a bar

Requirements:

• Ability to work with urgency under pressure and keeping the pace

• Strong knowledge of classic cocktails, spirits and wines

• Exceptional attention to detail

• Excellent communication skills

Schedule:

• Flexible rota; single shifts or double shifts

• Mon-Fri opening at 12 pm, closing at 11pm.

• Sat-Sun opening at 11am, closing at 11 pm.

• Unpaid one hour break between shifts 4.30 – 5.30 pm

Pay and benefits:

1. Salary offer of hourly rate will be made on completion of the trial. We make our decision based on candidates’ skills and professionalism. 

2. Additional electronic tips system is in operation, adding up to £2-3 per hour to one’s salary. 

3. Payroll is on the monthly basis – last Friday of the month. Emergency advance payments are available in exceptional circumstances. Tips are also paid out at the end of the month unless it’s a personal cash tip.

4. Breakfast and lunch delicious stuff food is available to all employees.

5. Work alongside the best and legendary professionals in the industry with plenty of opportunities to grow and expand one’s knowledge.
