Description
The role…
We are seeking a confident and service-driven Assistant Food & Beverage Manager to join our hotel team, supporting the seamless operation of our bar, rosette-level restaurant, and conference & banqueting facilities. This is a highly visible, hands-on role requiring a passion for exceptional guest experiences, refined service standards, and strong leadership. You will work closely with the Food & Beverage Manager to lead, inspire, and develop the team while ensuring consistency, attention to detail, and excellence across all service areas. You will need a minimum of two year’s bar experience, one year at supervisory or Assistant Management level and be capable of working in a vibrant, fast paced environment. Experience of working in a high quality bar/restaurant, together with a real passion for service excellence is essential.
