This role is an exciting opportunity for a candidate who would like to grow their customer-facing and administration skills. This role will include tasks ranging from dealing with customers, both face to face, via phone and through email and includes a range of interactions from receiving orders to communicating with them regarding complaints and compliments. On the day to day operation basis tasks include (but are not limited to) accepting orders over the phone / through our various portals / using the Epos system and serving collection customers, packing orders, quality checking and coordinating deliveries during peak hours. The candidate will also be expected to maintain the cleanliness and organisation of the front of house area. The candidate will learn how to manage stock control, inventory, staff rota’s and use spreadsheets to manage data and present it in a meaningful manner. Full training will be provided and the candidate will be mentored through their placement. 

Who we are looking for:

Candidates applying must have some experience in a customer-facing role and should be able to demonstrate working in a professional environment, dealing with multiple tasks and working under pressure.  They must have a professional approach, be punctual, have a willingness to learn and must be a team player. Full training will be provided.
