Location: Reading
ABOUT US
Little Vegas is an exciting new chain of Casino Slots opening rapidly across the UK.
Our passion is to provide true entertainment value in the market, offering top level customer service and build a brand known for it!
PAY & HOURS
For our Venue Manager role, we offer a competitive pay of £32,000 to £35,000 depending on experience plus bonus with OTE of £45,000.
A Full-time working week is 40 hours over 7 days, shifts will vary between the hours of 06:00 – 22:30 depending on business needs.
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
- An experienced retail manager to oversee the daily operations of the venue
- Someone to ensure the smooth running of the venue to drive and maximise income and minimise costs
- Someone who can lead, train and motivate a team with a hands-on approach
- Someone who is confident and enthusiastic, with a great work ethic and a positive attitude
- Someone who is excited to work in a fast-paced environment and work efficiently as part of a team
- Someone who is adaptable and able to solve problems
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES?
- Successfully managing and controlling the day to day running of your own venue.
- Managing the growth of the business through increasing income, controlling costs and delivering profit
- Working towards KPIs set by your Area Manager
- Leading, training and developing your team to a high level
- Performance managing your team as required
- Ensure the venue is clean, organised and welcoming for customers
- Maintaining the highest level of hygiene, cleanliness and venue atmosphere
- Ensure the highest levels of customer service within the venue
- The recruitment of new team members within your venue when required
- Cash handling and banking.
