Area Manager – Little Vegas

Location - North West London Area

Salary Details - £45,000 per year plus Bonus 

Full Time Permanent Contract

Little Vegas is an exciting new chain of Casino Slots operating in the UK. Our goal is to provide the best gaming experience possible in each location and become the venue of choice for those wishing to gamble responsibly.

As an Area Manager you will play the pivotal role in the operation of your venues. You will be responsible for high service and operational standards whilst ensuring targets are regularly hit and exceeded. It is also vital that we create and maintain our warm and welcoming atmosphere for customers to enjoy their time.

We are keen to attract someone dedicated and willing to prove themselves in a new environment, ideally looking to grow with the business as we continue our ambitious expansion strategy. You will be responsible for:

  • maximising profit and growing the business to its full potential
  • building a highly capable team who will consistently delivery exceptional customer service
  • Being an ambassador for the brand and leading your teams from the front
  • ensuring excellent venue presentation, cleanliness and hygiene
  • Commercially driving the business forward and mentoring your venue managers to do the same
  • Working with the senior leadership team to open new venues successfully as we continue to expand in key locations.

What we are looking for from you:

  • Professional Pride
  • To be operationally focused and someone who loves to be customer facing
  • A forward thinker who will drive the promotion of all new products and offers
  • An understanding of functional and operation HR methods
  • Ability to coach and mentor a large team geared for growth
  • Proven track record of managing a large team or multiple venues

You will require a full UK driving license for this role.

We are a fast paced 24/7 business open weekends and bank holidays.

If successful you will also be required to undergo a Basic DBS check as part of this role in addition to other background checks and/or advanced reference requests.

Experience we are looking for:

  • No industry specific experience required
  • 2 years Area or General Management (preferable)
  • Management of large teams
  • Management of multiple locations (Preferable)
  • Management within a service lead industry
  • Clear evidence of delivering financial success
