The requirements of being a Restaurant Manager are:

  • A “can do” attitude.
  • Strong Customer Service Experience – make sure you have the best team who are fully trained, motivated, and focused on putting customers’ experience at the centre of everything you do.
  • A experience of running a team – lead, manage, and inspire the team, promoting great teamwork, and treating each other with respect.
  • Commercial acumen - ensure your restaurant achieves outstanding results in people, food quality, service, sales and profitability.
