Responsibilities:

Delivering individual and large group orders to our customers quickly and efficiently
Ensuring every delivery order is 100% accurate
Performing general cleaning duties and maintenance of the restaurant before, during and after the shift to include taking out the garbage, sweeping and mopping
Speaking with customers in a friendly and professional manner
Delivering all orders in a safe and careful manner
Handling cash and credit card receipts according to Chopt policies and procedures
Being a team player and looking for ways to provide Better customer service

Qualifications/Requirements:

Must be able to lift boxes and food trays up to 50 lbs
Ability to read and communicate in basic English to customers
Must understand and execute food safety and sanitation protocols
Experience delivering food in a high volume environment preferred but not required
Must understand and execute food safety and sanitation protocols
Standing, stooping, kneeling, walking , wiping, reaching, bending and lifting are required actions throughout a shift
Ability to multi-task and handle multiple priorities during the shift
Must be able to perform duties that require standing and fast movement

Hours will vary and may include early mornings, evenings, weekends and/or holidays
All Chopt employees will be hired on a variable hour basis. Hours are scheduled based on performance and business necessities.
Since deliveries take place outside of the restaurant, work conditions vary depending on weather from extreme heat to low temperatures and precipitation.
