We are coming to San Francisco!  Chotto Matte will be opening in September 2023 and we are looking for an experienced Sous Chef to join our team. The Sous Chef , will hold accountability, along with the Executive Chef and Senior Sous Chef ,for the kitchen operation and must be confident with leading a team of chefs and meeting objectives. This is a dynamic, hands-on role that offers fantastic rewards.

The ideal candidate will have a strong hospitality background and is a creative problem solver. They will instinctively put people first, including both guests and members of their team. We are looking for a skilled, natural leader who has a passion for food and maintains poise under pressure.
