We are coming to San Francisco!  Chotto Matte will be opening in September 2023 and we are looking for an experienced Sushi Sous Chef to join our team. The Sushi Sous Chef , will hold accountability, along with the Executive Chef and Head Sushi Chef ,for the kitchen operation and must be confident with leading a team of chefs and meeting objectives. This is a dynamic, hands-on role that offers fantastic rewards.

The ideal candidate will have a strong hospitality background and is a creative problem solver. They will instinctively put people first, including both guests and members of their team. We are looking for a skilled, natural leader who has a passion for food and maintains poise under pressure.
