Role Overview:

As the Busser of Chotto Matte, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our guests have an exceptional dining experience. You will work closely with the FOH team to maintain a clean, organized, and efficient dining area. Your primary responsibilities will include setting and resetting tables, assisting servers with clearing and cleaning tables, and ensuring the dining area is always presentable. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare tables for service and assist servers in clearing tables, quickly and efficiently. 

• Maintain a demeanor of professionalism and excellence in service delivery.

• Assist with the setup and breakdown of special events and private dining experiences. 

• Collaborate closely with other departments to optimize operational efficiency.

• Ensure all dining areas are stocked with necessary supplies. 

• Champion health, sanitation, and food safety protocols at all times.

• Proactively identify and address potential hazards.

• Maintain impeccable personal hygiene, adhere to uniform standards, and exemplify conduct expectations.

• Embrace ongoing learning and development opportunities to enhance skills and contribute to departmental goals.

Physical Demands:

• Ability to move with agility, stand for extended periods, and bend as necessary.

• Occasional lifting and/or moving of items up to 50 lbs.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1 year as a busser or in a similar role.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

• A naturally friendly and positive demeanor coupled with solid communication skills.

• Self-motivated with a dedication to personal and professional growth.

• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
