The RoleAs a Bartender at Chotto Matte, you’ll do more than pour drinks — you’ll bring our global lifestyle brand to life. From crafting signature cocktails to curating beverage experiences that complement our Nikkei cuisine, you’ll create moments that stay with our guests long after they leave. Your passion for mixology, warm hospitality, and flair behind the bar will make every interaction memorable.
What You’ll DoCurate the beverage experience for guests with skill, personality, and professionalism.
Master our cocktail, sake, wine, and spirit offerings to provide expert recommendations.
Deliver engaging, high-energy service that reflects the Chotto Matte culture.
Anticipate guest needs and resolve issues with efficiency and care.
Support special events and private dining with precision and creativity.
Collaborate with teammates and other departments to ensure smooth service.
Uphold all health, sanitation, and food safety standards.
Maintain high standards of appearance, professionalism, and teamwork.

Ability to stand, move, and work with agility for extended periods.
Repetitive arm movements (shaking, pouring, mixing).
Comfortable bending, reaching, and handling bar equipment.
Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 lbs as needed.
Previous bartending experience in a high-end or high-volume restaurant/bar is preferred.
Expertise in spirits, cocktails, sake, and wine.
Strong multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment.
A naturally friendly, energetic, and engaging personality.
Excellent communication and guest interaction skills.
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and committed to hospitality excellence.
