Position Overview:

We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Waiters. As a Waiter at Chotto Matte, you will play a key role in providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring they have a memorable dining experience from start to finish.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and seat guests with a warm and friendly demeanour
• Take food and beverage orders and deliver them promptly and accurately to your restaurant section
• Provide recommendations and answer questions about menu items
• Ensure guest satisfaction by anticipating their needs and responding promptly to requests
• Work closely with the kitchen, Hosts, Runners and Bar staff to ensure smooth service

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Waiter or a Runner preferably in a high-volume restaurant
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and a passion for delivering excellent service
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
