Featuring two restaurants, both headed up by our Chef Patron Alex Aitken with a philosophy of ‘fresh, seasonal and local’; choose from the recently refurbished Upper Deck Bar & Restaurant, complete with alfresco dining terrace overlooking the Harbour, or the award-winning Jetty restaurant perched on the water’s edge within the hotel’s grounds.
The role…
As Assistant Bar Manager you will need to have excellent cocktails skills and fantastic bar product knowledge to support in the management of the bar. You will need a minimum of two year’s bar experience, one year at supervisory or Assistant Management level and be capable of working in a vibrant, fast paced environment. Experience of working in a high quality bar/restaurant, together with a real passion for service excellence is essential.
