Junior Finance Manager
Description
Cirrus Inns are looking for a numbers superstar to support our mission to create a collection of iconic pubs and country inns, celebrating the best of British and supporting our local heroes.
To report directly to the Group Financial Controller and support with the day to day running of the team. Working closely with the Operational Team to enhancing the financial knowledge of our Operational Team and Landlords. Assist with the monthly production of the management accounts and annual financial statements on a timely basis. To undertake the monthly payroll and oversee the payments run for all Companies within the Group.
Your main duties as Junior Finance Manager will cover:
• Monthly payroll including contracts
• Contributing to production of management accounts
• Contributing to financial statements
• Compile and distribute any invoices to third parties.
• Oversea the payments run for all Companies within the Group.
• To undertake the balance sheet reconciliations monthly Split between the team).

• Payment runs – Ensuring we pay in accordance with statement and invoices have been approved on correct dates.
The ideal candidate for the Junior Finance Manager role will have previous finance experience, ideally within hotel/hospitality industry.
Skills and experience that we would like to see from our Revenue and Reservations Manager:
• Use of either Selima or Financial Force sytems
• Being financially qualified is not essential
• Extended Excel skills
• Analytical and data focused
• Team player with positive working attitude
• A love for the British countryside and its pursuits.
• Fluent in written and spoken English language
