As our Breakfast Attendant we are seeking a confident, experienced and customer focused individual to join our Citadines Holborn-Covent Garden London team. As Breakfast Attendant you will be reporting within the Housekeeping department.

Working the morning shift (6am – 2pm), 5 out of 7 days per week, you will set up, prepare and assist our guests with the breakfast offering, and support the Housekeeping team with any additional duties.

As Breakfast Attendant you will be required to:

  • Meet and greet our guests, in a courteous and personable manner
  • Set up the Breakfast Buffet according to our company standards
  • Oversee the breakfast service from 7am-11am weekdays and 7:30am-11:30am weekends, assisting our customers where needed in accordance with food safety standards
  • Clear, clean and ensure hygiene standards are well maintained at all time.
  • Support with the public area cleaning as required after breakfast service

To be successful as a Breakfast Attendant you must have:

  • Previous experience in a similar role or the food service industry
  • Hold a recent qualification or are willing to train in Food Hygiene level 2 upon commencement
  • Effective communication skills in written and spoken English
  • Proficient customer service ability and skills
