Restaurant Manager (Exchange Place Jersey)

Busy 24/7 restaurant is hiring Restaurant Managers for OVER NIGHT shifts.
If you are a self starter who is diligent, hospitality oriented and passionate about food, email us your photo and resume.
9pm to 7am
60 Hours a week

Qualified applicants must be responsible and professional, and have experience in a fast pace, high volume restaurant. Must be comfortable in managing both FOH, BOH, and BAR staff. Also must be an excellent communicator, motivator and Serve Safe Certified.

Day to day duties include but are not limited to: supervision of all staff, guest relations, general house-keeping, pre-shift roll call and meetings, post shift responsibilities, ensuring proper food and beverage quality, plate presentation, daily line checks, managing expo, equipment up-keep, maintenance and repair, end-of-shift register reconciliation, staff development and training.
