Job Title: Usher
Reports to: Concierge Manager
Job Class: Hourly

Position Summary:
This key position is responsible for escorting guests with accuracy and warmth to their assigned
seats.

Duties include:
o Escort guests from the front door to their specific, assigned seats, no more than 3 steps
ahead of the guest
o Greet guests in the absence of a host
o Alert management to any guest dissatisfaction upon seating
o Uphold seating accuracy by repeating the seat numbers relayed to them by the host and
circle them on their floor plan to be turned in at the end of their shift
o Assist in floor set up as directed by management
o Any other front door duties that management requests assistance with within a
reasonable scope of that usher’s training and experience
