City Winery strives to deliver the highest-end combined culinary and cultural experience to our guests who are passionate in sharing wine, music, and culinary arts. We are a unique facility, combining a fully functioning winery with intimate concerts, food & wine classes, private events in a variety of configurations, and elevated dining. We have created a compelling mix for our sophisticated clientele of foodies, and active cultural patrons—bringing the wine country experience to the heart of a large city.


We are thrilled and fortunate to be able to resume business and provide a safe workplace for our employees. In the interest of safety for all City Winery employees, the Company requires all employees to be vaccinated, including the booster shot if eligible, unless due to a bona fide medical and/or sincerely held religious reason in which case a reasonable accommodation will be provided unless it causes an undue hardship to City Winery.



We are seeking a hospitality minded leader who provides the necessary support to service staff to ensure the highest level of guest satisfaction across all mediums. Possesses an inherent talent to identify the most qualified candidates suited for the City Winery culture and follows company policy on best practices. This position serves as a bridge to all departments on staff education, services and integrated parts of the company. Works with management teams, including private events and culinary team, to ensure seamless operations.


Overview of Responsibilities:
● Oversee the ongoing training of new and existing service staff
● Manage operation's weekly schedule and oversee all onboarding of the service team
● Maintain proper staffing pars across all service departments
● Ensure pre-service meetings are lead through proper accountability of all service points
● Develop staff sales incentives
● Conduct performance reviews based on company schedule
Review payroll punches weekly to make sure no one is over- or underpaid due to erroneous clock-outs
● Lead service employee disciplinary actions and documentation

This is a full time benefits-eligible position.
