Responsible for: You will be responsible for preparing, producing, and serving breakfast food to the highest standard,, and by food hygiene HACCP regulations.
Job Description:
- Preparing and cooking all breakfast dishes to order and ensuring they conform to agreed standards before service.
- Maintaining the highest level of work cleanliness and hygiene throughout all duties and in compliance with HACCP regulations.
- Carrying out ordering duties as required.
- Dealing with the intake of deliveries
The
Candidate:
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience working in a hotel
or restaurant kitchen.
- Ability to adjust to high-pressure situations as
they arise in a busy kitchen.
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Excellent knowledge of HACCP
Skills
