Responsible for: You will be responsible for preparing, producing, and serving breakfast food to the highest standard and in accordance with food hygiene HACCP regulations.
Job Description:
· Preparing and cooking all breakfast dishes to order and ensuring they conform to agreed standards before service.
· Maintaining the highest level of work cleanliness and hygiene throughout all duties and in compliance with HACCP regulations.
· Carrying out ordering duties as required.
· Dealing with the intake of deliveries
Note: This position is open only to candidates currently residing in Ireland. Applicants must be legally eligible to work in Ireland.
