The Address Citywest is looking for an enthusiastic Reservations Executive 

As a Reservations Executive, you will support the Rooms Division Manager/Reservations Manager in optimising room bookings, ensuring accurate reservations handling, and delivering an exceptional guest booking experience. You will be involved in managing daily reservation activities, maintaining data accuracy, and supporting revenue goals through effective communication and coordination with internal teams and guests.

Key Responsibilities:

Financial & Revenue Support:

  • Support the Rooms Division Manager/Reservations Manager in achieving optimal room revenue through accurate and efficient handling of reservations.
  • Monitor daily bookings, cancellations, no-shows, and update the system accordingly.
  • Assist in tracking reservation pick-up trends and reporting irregularities.
  • Help manage no-show charges and contribute to maximizing RevPAR through upselling room categories where appropriate.
  • Support in tracking and updating group block pick-up and releases.

Operational & Team Support:

  • Ensure all reservations are processed according to standard operating procedures.
  • Conduct quality checks on reservations to ensure accuracy (dates, rates, guest details, payment methods).
  • Participate in test calls and maintain high standards in call handling and guest communication.
  • Cooperate with other departments (Front Office, Sales, Housekeeping) to ensure smooth guest experiences.
  • Keep up-to-date with changes in hotel policies, rates, services, and promotions.

Guest Experience:

  • Ensure room availability and rate information is consistently up to date across all systems.
  • Ensure guest preferences and special requests are noted accurately in the system.
  • Assist in handling reservation-related guest inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Ensure VIP, suite, and special client reservations are handled with appropriate care, coordinating with Front Office as needed.
  • Demonstrate professionalism and discretion in handling guest data and sensitive information.
