The Address Citywest is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Corporate & Events Executive to join our team and focus on the planning and execution of corporate events. You will play a key role in delivering exceptional experiences for our corporate clients, ensuring every detail aligns with their objectives and our company standards.

-        To develop and manage corporate events, including conferences, workshops, networking events, and executive retreats.

-        To manage the end-to-end planning and execution of events, from inquiry to post-event follow-up.

-        To liaise directly with corporate clients to determine event requirements, budgets, and expectations.

-        To coordinate with internal teams (food and beverage, operations, sales, front office) to ensure seamless event delivery.

-        To act as the primary point of contact for corporate clients, ensuring consistent communication professional service, and client satisfaction throughout the planning process.

-        To prepare comprehensive event documentation, including proposals, costings, timelines, and contracts, aligned with client expectations and company standards.

-        To conduct final walkthroughs and quality assurance checks to guarantee that all elements meet standards prior to event start.

-        To stay updated on event trends to provide innovative ideas and maintain a competitive edge.

-        To design and present personalized corporate packages that reflect client objectives and company capabilities.

-        To build strong relationships with corporate clients, ensuring their needs are prioritised and addressed professionally.

-        To gather client and attendee feedback to measure success and identify areas for improvement.

-        To design tailored corporate event packages that align with client branding and objectives.

-        To comply with all company procedures to include all statutory procedures- Fire, Health & Safety, hygiene.

-        To read, understand and carry out your responsibilities as defined in the Health and Safety Statement and Employee Handbook.

-        To adhere to all regulations in respect of Health and Safety, hygiene, guest safety, fire regulations, emergency procedures, etc.

-        To observe and adhere to the company’s policies and procedures, undergoing relevant training and development to fulfil the requirements of the hotel and the post.
