Founded in London in 1995 and changing the way New Yorkers experience cars since 2005, Classic Car Club has evolved into one of the most innovative and exciting private members club. Private membership has its privileges, including a clubhouse featuring a Hudson River-front outdoor terrace, restaurant & bar, lounge and the only racing simulator room in North America. Unique and exciting events are hosted in the space.
Responsible to:
Hosting/Coat Check
Administration/Front Desk
This position will be responsible for knowing reservations and members, coordinating with servers and tables. Maintaining seasonal coat check,.
Main Duties:
• Greet and welcome all guests and members warmly.
• Be well versed on all aspects of the Club, including but not limited to: all menus, hours of operations, daily events, and future events.
• Perform Restaurant Host/Hostess duties.
• Assist with any guest related issues.
• Assist guests with the coat check.
• Communicate with members and report any potential challenges or needs to the appropriate manager(s).
• Maintain a positive and energetic attitude at all times.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor/manager.
Required Skills/Qualifications:
• Strong communication skills.
• Flexible schedule.
• Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions.
• Detail oriented.
• Basic Office experience, including answering telephone calls, faxing, copying, assisting members.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast paced environment.

Required Skills/Qualifications:
• Minimum of 1+ years of administrative experience in luxury hospitality or in a similar industry
