As a Cleaver & Wake Prep Chef, you will be setting up the kitchen team for success by preparing all ingredients ahead of service, and you will be working to the standards set out by the Chef Patron.  This will help in developing your skills and supporting with prep of the kitchen, using prep levels, historic sales figures and upcoming events.  You will need an interest in working in a fast paced kitchen, fine dining and precision cooking, as well as an eye for detail, you thrive in an environment where each dish is a creation.

Having working in kitchen before, you will understand the importance of food safety, including labelling, HACCP and allergies - a 5* food hygiene rating is your bread and butter and you ensure all sections you work in are audit ready at all times, putting your guests as your priority.  Working alongside skilled chefs, you will have a development plan and the world is your oyster – if you have desires to become the next Head Chef, we will work with you to nurture your craft and support you in gaining new skills and confidence.
