Contract Details

• 32 hours per week, with the opportunity for additional hours
• Reports to Client Success Executive 
• Flexible to the needs of the business, which may include weekend or evening work
• This role is a fixed-term contract from May– September 2026

Key Responsibilities

• Support the planning and coordination of brand, impact, and community events
• Liaise with internal teams (Operations, Surf, Food & Beverage, and Marketing) to ensure seamless event execution
• Assist with event schedules, logistics, and pre-event checklists
• Be present on-site during events to support delivery and ensure an exceptional participant experience
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues during events to maintain operational excellence
• Support business development initiatives to help grow partnerships, brand activations, and event opportunities
• Assist the Customer Services team as needed to ensure a seamless experience for clients and participants

Skills & Experience

• Strong organisational and time-management skills with excellent attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with multiple internal teams
• Confident in managing logistics and coordinating complex schedules
• Previous experience in events, activations, or brand activations is desirable
• Flexible approach to working hours, including weekends and evenings when required
