Clinton St. Baking Co. seeks fast, detail oriented, Pastry Assistant. A minimum of 1 year experience is required.
We are an award-winning high volume restaurant with global clientele. YOU must be attentive to details, follow directions, and able to communicate effectively. You are available now for early morning days. Position begins at 6am, please do not apply if you cannot commit to early mornings.
The pastry assistant works under the supervision of the pastry chef to produce bakery items including desserts, pastries, and cakes according to the Clinton St. Baking Co’s standards of quality, accuracy and presentation. The pastry assistant will work as part of a team while strictly adhering to established sanitation and safety standards.
