 Job Description:

As a Cloakroom Attendant, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring our guests have a comfortable and enjoyable night out. Your primary responsibilities will include:

 - Greeting guests with a friendly and welcoming attitude.

- Collecting and securely storing coats and personal items.

- Providing excellent customer service, including assisting guests with any questions or special requests.

- Maintaining the cloakroom area in an organized and tidy manner.

- Handling transactions

- Adhering to lost property procedures and cloakroom policies

- Ensuring safe return of items to their rightful owners.

Qualifications:

- Excellent customer service skills and a friendly demeanour.

- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.

- Ability to transactions accurately.

- Dependable and punctual with a strong work ethic.

- Previous experience in a customer service role is a plus. 

Schedule:

This is a part-time position with evening and weekend availability required.
