Open from breakfast through dinner, it will be a go-to destination for morning coffee and pastry, afternoon wine on the terrace, or spritzes and small plates in the evening.
As Floor Manager at Café Linea, you will play a key role in delivering a seamless guest experience and supporting the daily operations of our all-day restaurant. You’ll lead by example on the floor, drive service excellence, and be a mentor and motivator to the team. This position sits at the heart of our guest-facing experience and helps set the tone for our standards and culture.

Handle guest enquiries and reservations with precision and a personal touch.

Assist with rota planning and ensure shifts are adequately staffed.
Uphold and enforce the steps of service to ensure a smooth guest journey.
Monitor service flow and implement improvements where needed.
Facilitate communication between kitchen and front-of-house teams to deliver a unified service.
Maintain hygiene, cleanliness, and aesthetic standards on the restaurant floor.
Conduct regular floor checks for service readiness, presentation, and ambiance.
Report and act on guest and team feedback to improve processes.
Support execution of private events and special activations.
Ensure strict adherence to all health & safety, food hygiene, and licensing regulations.
