We are currently recruiting for a Commis Waiter / Waitress to join our team at 67 Pall Mall. 

This is an ideal opportunity for a  Commis Waiter / Waitress to join a great team of professionals. We are looking for a truly passionate professional looking to develop their career.  

The restaurant itself is a beautiful, uniquely designed space with bespoke tableware & one of the largest wine lists in the country.  

This position is hourly paid with a starting wage of £14.44 per hour. 

As a  Commis Waiter / Waitress , your duties will include: 

• To manage and control all duties and mis- en- place through all the different service times. 
• To have a thorough knowledge of all food and beverage items on sale to members. 
• To have a comprehensive knowledge of table lay out and numbers for each room.
• To complete the cleaning rota daily. 
• To be punctual and adhere to weekly rota. 
• To be able to work within a team efficiently and effectively. Also giving constructive input when required. 
• To have a sound knowledge of all details relevant to the building. 
• Always maintain good member relations with our members and their guests. 
• To have the knowledge and ability to setup all rooms to their original floor plan. 
• Making sure the main fridge is stocked, clean and tidy always before each service. 
• Making sure that the bread station is stocked, clean and tidy always. 
• The coffee station is stocked and kept consistently clean and presentable 
• Constantly checking Coffee and Tea stock levels. 
•  Making sure that the glasswasher is ready before service and always kept clean. 
• Linen cupboard is stocked properly and always kept clean and tidy. 
• Ensuring all crockery and Silverware is cleaned and polished to the highest standard. 
• Responsible for making all type of teas/coffee and deliver them to the table. 
• Be fully knowledgeable of the menu dishes and 67 concept. 
• Responsible to deliver dishes/food from the Kitchen pass to the tables
