Restaurant Manager - 42-48K (Including Tronc)

We’re looking for a Restaurant Manager to join the team at our Cubitt House Pub.  As a Restaurant Manager, you’ll play a vital role in leading the front-of-house team, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, and maintaining the highest standards of service. You’ll help create memorable dining moments that reflect our philosophy: hospitality that is warm, attentive, and effortlessly refined.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the front-of-house team, ensuring smooth daily restaurant operations.
  • Deliver exceptional guest experiences, maintaining the highest standards of hospitality and service.
  • Oversee service flow, reservations, and guest relations to ensure an efficient and welcoming environment.
  • Train, mentor, and develop team members, fostering a positive and professional culture.
  • Work closely with the Head Chef and kitchen team to ensure seamless collaboration between front and back of house.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations.
  • Support business performance by monitoring service standards, team productivity, and guest satisfaction.

Skills & Experience

  • Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager or Assistant Restaurant Manager in a quality hospitality environment.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent organisational and communication abilities.
  • A passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional guest experiences.
  • Strong knowledge of restaurant operations, reservations management, and service standards.
  • A hands-on, adaptable approach with a genuine desire to learn and grow.
  • Full eligibility to work in the UK.

You will be enthusiastic & driven to continue the success of our pub and play a pivotal part in training our team to ensure they have the knowledge needed to delight our customers.  You will also be someone who is committed to their career in hospitality and we can offer ongoing development to support you as you grow and succeed with us.
