We're looking for a community focused GM for the Cock and Bottle in Notting Hill.  This pub boasts a small outside terrace, a separate bookable upstairs room, and a gorgeous downstairs bar which sits centre stage in this local's favourite.  There is a good opportunity to grow the business through getting the most out of the spaces, engaging with the community, and growing the food sales.  We're looking for a GM who  is happy to be the face of this local instiution and ensure that this traditional neighbourhood pub remains at the heart of its community.
