The General Manager - will work side-by-side with the Head Chef to lead the daily operations of the business. As well as being responsible for the overall hospitality of the restaurant the GM will be accountable for executing the financial goals of the business, the high service expectations and oversee the food and beverage program. They will be expected to work closely with the entire management team to ensure the entire operation is being executed at the high standards expected. The General Manager plans and coordinates the operations of their team by working closely with the Director of Operations - together they ensure that the operational areas of their business are aligned with the mission of “Full life hospitality along with the core values of the newly named CODA hotel and pool. We are looking for strong leaders who have the ability to work calmly under pressure, communicate clearly and precisely, quick to action and an ability to teach and develop staff working for them.
