Servers will be expected to have the ability to perform any and all of the following:

- Greet all guests at arrival
- Take orders for any and all food and beverage
- Master POS system for order input and payment management
- Master all beverages with a high level of specificity
- Master all food items with encyclopedic detail
- Answer any questions with a smile
- Maintain perfect fullness of water
- Collect complete payment for all items sold and collect accurate signed copies before guest departure

Servers may be placed behind the bar or at the front door from time to time to take orders.
