Position: Community Care Assistant
Salary: £8.75 - £9.50 per hour, depending on experience
Location: Altrincham, Sale, Timperley & Urmston

The Role:
Assisting with personal care, medication, shopping, socialising and outings
Offering ‘just enough’ support to ensure people succeed in achieving their goals
Ensuring clients can make as many of their own choices as possible, so they remain in control of their own lives in their own home
Offering clients opportunities to be involved as often as possible, in the way that best suits them i.e. as little or as much as they like
What We Offer Our Care Assistants:
£8.75 - £9.50 per hour, depending on experience
Full & part-time contracts are available
Shift times 7am - 3pm & 3pm - 10pm
Shifts include alternate weekends. Days and nights available
You can work shifts between the above times flexibly to fit in around family life

We are looking for people:
With or without experience - do not worry, we will train you fully
Reliable & trustworthy (this role involves personal care and medication)
Not afraid of a challenge & hard work or phased by by high-pressure environments
Who do not wait to be told, self-starters who look for work & the next task
With natural empathy to ensure clients stay in control of their lives in their own home
With an easy-going personality
Have plenty of common sense to judge how much care each person needs & wants
Ability to work diligently to standards set internally by Compassionate Care and externally by the Care Quality Commission
