Position: Rapid Response Care Team Leader
Salary: £12.50 per hour
Locations: Urmston, Flixton, Davyhulme, Altrincham, Timperley and Sale

Through a new NHS contract Compassionate Care is URGENTLY seeking passionate & caring community-minded people to join our Rapid Response Team as a Care Team Leader. This will support the NHS at this critical time for our country.

Our Mission is to raise the bar on care standards, supporting people to ‘live’ & not just exist

The Role Involves:
Enabling & supporting your team so they can ensure clients recover and regain their independence as quickly as possible - this will free up NHS beds at this critical time
Carrying out risk assessments of clients in their homes
Producing Care Plans for your team to follow; offering clients opportunities to be involved as often as possible, in the way that best suits them, i.e. as little or as much as they like.
Offering Supervision and buddying to your team members
Providing on-going assessments for your clients

What We Offer Our Care Team Leaders:
£12.50 per hour
40 hours per week working 5 full days, followed by 5 days off
Rolling weekly contract (option to become permanent beyond the Virus outbreak)
Full training
Protective equipment (full PPE to ensure you are safe at work)

We are looking for people:
Essential that you can drive a have full access to a car, motorbike or moped
Available to be called on between 7am - 11pm during your working days
With or without experience - do not worry, we will train you fully
Reliable & trustworthy (this role involves personal care and medication)
Not afraid of a challenge & hard work or phased by by high-pressure environments
Who do not wait to be told, self-starters who look for work & the next task
With natural empathy to ensure clients stay in control of their lives in their own home
With an easy-going personality
Have plenty of common sense to judge how much care each person needs & wants
Ability to work diligently to standards set internally by Compassionate Care and externally by the Care Quality Commission
